Aerospace Education Center - Aerospace Education Center is a permanent exhibit of artifacts from the history of flight. They offer the only IMAX theater in Arkansas, with a screen six stories high, theater style seating featuring educational and entertaining films. Gator Park - Gator Park features gator golf, go karts, bumper boats, batting cages, and video arcade. There is something for the whole family to enjoy. Wild River Country - Wild River Country is Arkansas's largest water park. The park offers many fun and exciting rides like the Vortex, Accelerator, Barratuba and more. There are also relaxing rides like lazy river where you can float the day away or the Wave Pool which contains over a half-million gallons of wave fun! Murry's Dinner Playhouse - Murry's Dinner Playhouse is a unique facility that combines a great buffet dinner with professional theatre. For over 33 years, they have served up fun, food and fabulous live entertainment. Riddle's Elephant and Wildlife Sanctuary - Riddle's Elephant and Wildlife Sanctuary offers you an Elephant experience! Every Saturday morning Participate in these majestic animals care and feeding. This is an up close and personal look at Asian and African elephants that you will never forget. Arkansas Museum of Discovery - Entertaining and interactive exhibits and collection-based exhibits help motivate and assist you in the life-long pursuit of knowledge. Experience a lightning bolt, build a robot, make a teepee, check your blood pressure, and even encounter a hissing cockroach. |
Arkansas Art Center - The Arkansas Arts Center is a museum of art and an active center for the visual and performing arts. As the state's largest cultural institution, the Arkansas Arts Center is committed to presenting diverse cultural values; to promoting growth and understanding of the arts; and to providing inspiration to those it educates. Historic Arkansas Museum - Arkansas's largest history museum has been researching, collecting, documenting, and preserving the best of Arkansas's decorative, mechanical, and fine art. The Arkansas National Guard Museum - The Arkansas National Guard Museum is dedicated to preserving the history and telling the story of The Arkansas National Guard, Camp Pike and Camp Robinson. Old State House Museum - Old State House Museum is known throughout the country as the scene of President Clinton's 1992 and 1996 election night celebrations. This magnificent Greek Revival structure houses a multimedia museum of Arkansas history including nationally recognized collections of Civil War battle flags, Arkansas art pottery, African-American quilts and more. The Little Rock Zoo - The Little Rock Zoo has long been one of Arkansas' great treasures. It began modestly in 1926, with just two animals - an abandoned timber wolf and a circus-trained brown bear. Today, the Zoo has grown to include almost 600 animals representing 170 species - some of them on the endangered list. Willow Springs Waterpark - Willow Springs Waterpark features a 400 ft Waterslide, Toboggan Ride, Log Roller, Water Basketball & Volleyball and many more water activities. |
