February 28 - March 8 - The Philadelphia Flower Show, Philadelphia - All proceeds from the Philadelphia International Flower Show, including tickets and sponsorship contributions, support The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and its acclaimed urban greening program, Philadelphia Green. The 2013 Flower Show's theme is "Brilliant." April 10-19 - Berks Jazz Fest, Reading - The Berks Jazz Fest strives to bring great Jazz Music to Pennsylvania. Each year this event takes place in Reading, Pennsylvania. June 18 - Jubilee Day, Mechanicsburg - The Mechanicsburg Annual Jubilee Day is a one day street fair. June 27 - July 5 - Kutztown Folk Festival, Kutztown - The Kutztown Folk Festival has a number of things to do. The Festival features a horse drawn carousel, a children's petting zoo, a train pulled by a tractor, and more. July 3-5 - Gettysburg Civil War Battle Reenactment, Gettysburg - The Gettysburg Civil War Battle Reenactment is a reenactment of the Battle of Gettysburg. August 2-8 - Union County West End Fair, Laurelton - At the Union County West End Fair there are always lots of things to do. August 9-15 - Huntingdon County Fair, Huntingdon - The Huntingdon County Fair hosts a wide variety of events throughout. Activities at the fair include: a demolition derby, a number of exhibits, and fair queen pageantry. August 22-29 - Somerset County Fair, Meyersdale - This year's Sommerset County Fair should feature lots of fun things to do. The Sommerset County Fair will have bingo, a bake sale, a semi-truck pull, livestock exhibits and shows, and a fair talent show. September 20-26 - Beaver Community Fair, Beaver Springs - The Beaver Community Fair features a variety of different types of entertainment including performances by: Vespers, Saving Grace, and others.
